Statement of faith
We believe the Bible to be the inerrant, inspired word of God. We believe in a triune God and that Jesus is God incarnate, God the Father's one and only Son. Jesus came in the flesh and lived a perfect life, died through crucifixion, and was resurrected on the third day. He ascended to the right hand of the Father after a brief period of time on earth and will return again one day for His bride, the Church. His death atoned for our sins and made a way to restore our relationship with the Father. We believe that salvation happens only by grace through faith in Jesus' atoning work on the cross. Upon salvation, we receive and are sealed by the Holy Spirit, whom indwells us and testifies to us as God's children. We also believe that it is through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit that we are sanctified and made into the likeness of Jesus. We also believe that as God's children we have received an invitation to walk in freedom, and "it is for freedom that Christ has set us free."
