I would like to say I arrived full of the usual anxiety/questions of the unknown. I left feeling like mental weight had been lifted, filled with knowledge & tools to use daily , relaxed and motivated moving forward with added friendships!!!
The Becoming Whole Retreat was exactly what I needed to re-focus and hear from God. Every aspect of the retreat was well-planned and was used by God to reach what needed healing and to renew my spirit. There is no wound too small to heal and there is no individual who would not benefit from focused time to hear from the Lord, so I would recommend this retreat to anyone who feels led to attend.
My retreat experience was liberating.
I think it’s an intimate and powerful retreat, I don’t know how someone could attend without experiencing a lot of healing, I could definitely could sense the Holy Spirit the whole time I was there. And experienced lots of freedom
I attended the retreat with the desire to be free from decades of trauma related mental health issues and trans identity. I hoped (but also doubted) any of that would change significantly, which I told God many times leading up to the retreat. God showed up big, I said a very difficult yes to Him over and over, and I walked away a new WOMAN freed from my past!

If you’re looking for a safe place to heal, a group of powerful and wonderful women committed to the Lords work and aiding in your healing process, and to be filled with the Holy Spirit then this is the retreat you want to attend. God is fully present here. No matter if you’re just starting your healing journey or have been on it for a while; these wonderful women of God will meet you exactly where you are and with Gods word and His guidance - you will find healing!
The Beauty for Ashes Healing Retreat was a profoundly impactful experience that allowed me to reconnect with God and find peace in the stillness. One of my main takeaways was the importance of being still with the Lord, a simple yet powerful practice I hadn't fully realized I needed. The intentionality shown in every detail was evident, from the pre-retreat meeting to the thoughtfulness poured into each activity. The retreat sessions that resonated most deeply included the foot washing, counseling, forgiveness, and prayer sessions—all of which felt uniquely led by the Holy Spirit. The counseling sessions provided amazing insights and practical tools to continue the healing process long after the retreat, equipping me to sustain this journey at home. The communion aspect and closing ministry activity were especially meaningful, creating an atmosphere of unity and spiritual renewal. I also loved the fellowship, particularly mealtimes, which allowed us to connect and grow together in a relaxed and uplifting environment. Overall, this retreat was an incredibly well-organized, healing experience that I would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone involved for creating such a transformative weekend.
