Misty Tafao is the Founder and Director of the Beauty for Ashes Healing Retreat and a Licensed Addiction and Mental Health Counselor. She specializes in trauma and is certified in EMDR therapy. She is also a U.S. Army veteran. Misty has experienced the healing power of God in her own life, and is passionate about seeing others healed and set free.

She is passionate about creating a healing space and using self-exploration to empower women to love themselves and others without measure, to embrace and express their voice, and believe in their progress of transformation.

Once lost and drug addicted, Megan Wilkerson now lives a life of freedom ministering to others that are hurting and bound. Her experience with Jesus, not only freed her from her own chains, but propelled her into her calling of seeing that other captives walk in that same freedom.
